Based out of the Metro Vancouver (BC) suburb of Surrey, DTL is conveniently situated to serve all of Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. This includes the major cities of Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Delta, Surrey, Coquitlam, Langley, New Westminster, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, Aldergrove, Abbotsford, Mission, Chilliwack and Hope. Of course, the smaller communities near these larger towns are also serviced (click here for alphabetical listing).
Other major nearby areas that are also served include Lions Bay, Squamish, Whistler, Pemberton, Victoria, Nanaimo, Gulf Islands, Merritt, Kelowna, Kamloops and more. These areas, as well as other major centres such as Calgary, Edmonton, Prince George, Terrace, Kitimat, Penticton, Blaine, Bellingham, Seattle/Tacoma and beyond are also served, but do require advanced notice to co-ordinate extended insurance, trip and fuel permits, and other administrative paperwork. Basically “If we can drive a truck to it, we will go there!” and this includes points in Alaska requiring ferry -- pretty well the only place we can’t get to is Hawaii and Guam! DTL has been across almost all of North America on some of our jobs (and hence the detailed 5-1-1 page!), in addition to shipping things internationally to far-flung destinations via trusted third party.
Generally, our “core” service area covers Pemberton-Hope, roughly a 160-km radius of operation. Realistically, anything within approximately a 5-hour drive is easily accomplished (usually does not require an overnight stay) and anything within a 10-hour drive is only slightly more complicated (corridor runs such as Kamloops, Kelowna, Vernon, Prince George, Calgary, Edmonton, Seattle) are easier as we have run them SO MANY times!
